Payments and financing
Credit-card payments are processed through Authorize.Net. Hoppe Jewelers receives transaction details needed to complete and support the purchase; full card details are handled by the payment provider. Saved-payment features may store a provider token and limited card details such as brand and last four digits, not the complete card number.
If you choose Acima leasing, information needed for the application or transaction is provided to Acima and is governed by Acima’s own notices and terms. Please review a provider’s privacy information before submitting financial information.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain transaction and warranty records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements. Retention periods vary by record type.
We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted connections, access controls, security monitoring, and restricted payment handling. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
